Refund policy

Cancellations and Changes

All cancellations and changes must be requested within 2 hours from the time the order is placed.  

Returns
If you are not satisfied or have ordered the wrong size, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a partial refund equal to the total payment minus a restocking fee.

All returns and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of any pieces that have been customized to your specifications or altered in any way. 

The Industrial Farm Co "Return Form", which you can contact us for a copy for, must be returned with items. Failure to include form will result in your return not being accepted.

Restocking Fee 

For all returns of standard orders there is a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds 

All refunds will be made after returned items are received.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, please mail your product to: 5050 Smoral Road, Camillus NY 13031, United States

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. As well as pieces that have been altered or customized to your specifications. 

Exchanges
The easiest and fastest way to do an exchange is to order the new size you need and return to old ones. Once we get your return with the filled out return form (included in the booklet) we will refund you minus the restocking fee.
